Asha Bhosle

While the elder sister Lata Mangeshkar was blessed with an innocent voice, Asha Bhosle’s voice had some innate naughtiness to it. This made her and her songs stand out to the public and she became one of the most celebrated singers of Bollywood. Having given souls to classics like Chura Liya Hai Tumne Jo Dil Ko, and Leke Pehla Pehla Pyar, Asha Bhosle became a household name. She also holds the record for most songs sung by a singer.

Mohit Chauhan

While it is an undeniable fact that Bollywood has sometimes led to the deterioration of the music industry, it has also brought some of the obscured gems into the limelight – Mohit Chauhan is one of them. Mohit Chauhan gained popularity after the movie Rockstar was released and his songs like Nadan Parindey and Sadda Haq became the favorite choice for band covers. Contemporary to Mohammed Rafi and Kishore Kumar, Mukesh is a name that isn’t often talked about. That, however in no way diminishes the contributions he made to the music industry with his sweet, innocent, angelic voice. Some of the best classics like Yeh Mera Deewanapan Hai, Jeena Yahan Marna Yahan, Kahin Door Jab Din Dhal Jaye and Dost Dost Na Raha are forever immortalized in his voice.

Krishna Kumar or KK as he likes to be called has to be one of the most iconic voices of Bollywood. Dominating the music industry ever since the beginning of the 21st century with his beautifully rendered romantic songs like Zara Si, Tu Hi Meri Shab Hai, and Jannat Jahan, KK has become a household name.
