The movie tells the story of a guy named Scott Lang, who is basically a thief and a lowlife. He has a daughter he cares a lot for but he’s just a criminal who’s extremely good at breaking into people’s houses and stealing stuff. One day Michael Douglas’ character, Hank Pym takes note of this and decides to recruit him to become his successor as Antman to stop some major apocalypse that’s about to befall humanity. Now Scott must embrace his role as the superhero and rise to the occasion whilst guarding his secret from unsavory elements.
Short Story
Antman is a really awesome movie; you can’t help but laugh consistently throughout the film. Paul Rudd nails it as Scott Lang. He is a very likable addition to the MCU. Michael Douglas is awesome as Hank Pym, not just because he’s Michael Douglas but because the movie gave Hank Pym such a good backstory.

The film’s focus on Hank Pym and his daughter Hope Pym, played by Evangeline Lily really adds a great depth to the movie, and Michael Pena as Luis with his perfect comic timing is always there with a release of humor whenever it is needed.
3D usually comes off as a gimmick in most movies, but it appears in this movie it was actually useful and added something to the film. It really augments the action sequences and gives you something you wouldn’t have got in 2D. Talking about the action sequences, they’re surreal! There’s not a part in the entire film where you’d notice that its CGI. The transitions are beautiful and look deceptively natural.

Review & Download Antman
Without spoiling anything, we’d also like to say that you’ll also love how the movie ties in with other Marvel movies. The major criticism of the movie would be in regard to its structure. During the first 20 minutes or so, the movie appears sort of broken, losing the balance between seriousness and humor. Also, some of the characters seem more or less like plot devices but that is to be expected of superhero movies so it’s not a big deal.
The fact that Marvel was able to take such a strange superhero story, a smaller one and a lesser-known one, and make it as interesting as it is, stands a testament to their film-making prowess.
