There is nothing special about the cinematography or the soundtrack of the movie, but those aren’t the reasons which should deter you from watching this movie. Unlike many other [email protected] comedies of Bollywood which have a tendency to go over the top, Hunterrr feels much more grounded in reality. It makes the movie interesting and funny without being unnecessarily cringy.
Radhika Apte does a fabulous job as Tripti, though, to be honest, the role doesn’t really utilize her acting potential. This is also one major criticism I have with the film. The movie is so centered on Mandar, the contribution of other characters is mere as plot devices. Another criticism of the movie would be that the ending was predictable.

There are scenes in the movie from Mandar’s childhood years that leave you feeling nostalgic and there are scenes that you can’t help but smile at, remembering the shenanigans you pulled off just to get some action when you were a teen.
In totality, the film does a great job of keeping the suspense up until the last segment. But these criticisms are not really a criticism as this movie delivers on what you’d expect from it. All in all, the movie lives up to its hype and is definitely a must-watch, not with the family though!
